Find your debian-sys-maint password in /etc/mysql/debian.cnf.

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'debian-sys-maint'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY ' ' WITH GRANT OPTION;

Replace with your debian-sys-maint password.
